Prototype development
Development of the technical solutions will be executed by the contractors whose designs have passed the first phase of the PCP.
SEPTEMBER 2027 - SEPTEMBER 2028
The prototypes are evaluated by the Evaluation Committee and the best prototype solutions will proceed to PCP phase 3.
