On 8 January 2026, the General Open Market Consultation (OMC) Event of the THERESA Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) was held in a hybrid format at Navarrabiomed,with around 80 participants attending on-site and online. This session marked the first event in the Open Market Consultation series, scheduled for January and February 2026.
The event was organised by the lead procurers: Fundación Progreso y Salud, Navarrabiomed – Fundación Miguel Servet, and Consorci Hospitalari de Vic.
The session provided a general presentation of the THERESA PCP and offered companies their first opportunity to pitch ideas and early-stage solutions. It initiated the dialogue between public healthcare buyers and suppliers, laying the groundwork for the upcoming OMC events and the preparation of the future PCP tender.
