Belgium: the legal, ethical and interoperability aspects, including IPR and GDPR

On January 23 2026, the fourth event of the THERESA Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) Open Market Consultation (OMC) series continued with its Belgian session, held online. This event, led by the project procurer, Ziekenhuis Aan De Stroom (ZAS), provided a detailed overview of the legal, ethical and interoperability aspects, including IPR and GDPR.of the project, helping companies better understand participation requirements and opportunities.
